Jeri Wechsler is an experienced trial lawyer with broad senior level legal and executive experience in specialty chemical and commodity manufacturing, upstream and downstream oil and gas, natural resources (timber, hard rock), wholesale and retail, transportation, and construction.
She has expertise in all aspects of compliance, corporate governance, environmental permitting, internal investigations, corporate policy development, implementation and compliance certification, intellectual property protection, labor and employment, including non-subscriber, workers' comp, collective bargaining and union grievance procedures, OSHA, and MSHA. She is also expert in administrative law. She is an experienced FCPA, anti-trust, import-export, contracting, employment, FSMA and CFIUS subject matter trainer. She is a former oil and gas landman and abstractor.
